Edit: A few exceptions to this of course. If it were a nail salon then Palin… if it were an army surplus store McCain, if it were tanning bed or dental implant sales Biden, bible sales (with keychain!) Huckabee. I'm sure there's more… can't think of anything for Edwards; what a scumbag.

It sure is and this is how affiliate programs work. They offer nothing except hype and expect you to pay. It very similar to pyramid selling. All the money goes to the top. Start your own business on the web and that way you will make the money.

go to elance.com. In order to find a good artist there you will probably have to sign up and post a job then read the profiles and view the galleries of those who respond to your job post. Its easy and FREE. You "may" be able to research profiles and galleries without having to post a job. If you do post a job and later recant the job there are no penalties. If you post a job and never go through with the request there is no penalty.

Are you running a business running an affiliate program or someone working as an affiliate (or affiliate marketer)? Those are two very different things and take two different approaches.

If you are an affiliate, then go out and become active in social networks, forums and other blogs in your niche. Post and become active. Those are some of the best ways to drive traffic to your website. Also, if you're running a blog style website, post like crazy — at least 5 times a week, and I've found that longer posts do a lot better in search engine results.

Did you sign a contract ?
What state is this in ?
Did you keep all paperwork ( check stubs, receipts of payments)
Call your credit card company and see if you can contest the charges.
The laws concerning this probably varies by state.
You can contact your state attorney generals office and explain this to them, and they can probably direct you to the proper agency's.
I hope you kept all paperwork dealing with them ,everyone will want proof.
