My suggestion would be to show pictures of the cookies you sell, especially those showing the healthy ingredients you use, for example, a cookie showing clearly the attractive combination of colours of the grains and dried fruits (perhaps) you used so it would be mouth-watering. And also keep the words short and sweet, company profiles that are too long are troubling.

Also try to look for your country's stock exchanges websites and search details about listed companies. This way you can get detailed info about listed companies atleast. For unlisted companies, you need to surf search engines. Else look for databases prepared by private players; like in India it is done by an agency called CMIE through its software titled 'Prowess'.

A company profile should look professional.
Start with a brief background on when/ how the company was formed up to its current situation. Highlights national/ international achievements, in particular on products/services that you have to engage with your client. Highlights well known national/ international clients/ projects.
Show the highlights of the company's financial past performance & outlook for the coming years.
Ended with a publish list of your products/ services.

Are you talking about a business plan? Cause that's what you need to take to a bank; a well thought and laid out idea and planning process where banks can see the potential in your idea and your financial prospects. Banks need you to have good credit, a low debt to income ratio, and have your own personal savings to invest in your company. It show that you are serious about your commitment to your idea.
If you don't have the above in order ( plan, seed money, good credit) the bank will deem you "high risk" and either give you a crazy loan at an astronomical interest rate or flat out reject you and your partner.
Now I"m not sure if the Japanese have anything against African natives; but if your partner has good credit then find financial assistance should not be an issue. Because at the end of the day green is the only color of significance.
If you don't know how to write a business plan there are a shitload of example available on the Internet. Do the research and have your partner do the writing.
